Ryan Spiers

 

Ryan is an Associate at Cooley LLP & practices general corporate and securities law, with emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies.  

 

While attending Duke University School of Law, he was awarded the Faculty Award for Business Organization and Finance Law. He served as articles editor of the Alaska Law Review and took part in the Duke Law Entrepreneurship Clinic.  Additionally, Ryan studied law at the Université de Genève in Switzerland and the Universität Heidelberg in Germany. Ryan is a member of the State Bar of California.
